3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Product Condition
To be eligible for a return and full refund:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- All original labels and tags must be intact.
- The product must be returned within the withdrawal period.
3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned
In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the following products cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery, where the seal is necessary for health protection or hygiene reasons (this applies to dietary supplements that have been opened).
- Products that have been clearly personalized or made to your specifications.
- Products that deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiration date.
3.3 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to:

- A replacement product

4.1 Step-by-Step Guide

- Receive Authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of postage.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
4.2 Return Shipping Costs
For withdrawal returns (within 14 days, unopened product):
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure delivery.
For defective or incorrect products:
- We will cover the return shipping costs.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
5.2 What Is Refunded
Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund:

- Standard delivery costs (if applicable)
We may deduct from the refund any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

8. Legal Guarantee (EU Consumers)
